For The Crumble
- 300g Plain Flour, Pinch of salt
- 175g Sugar
- 200g Butter
For The Filling
- 300g Plain Flour, Pinch of salt
- 175g Sugar
- 200g Butter
- 400g Apples (Peeled)
- 50g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Plain Flour
- 1 Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
Method
step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 200c.step 2
Place the apple slices & sugar in an oven proof pan.step 3
Rub the butter & flour together until it forms crumble.step 4
Scatter the crumble over the apple mixture in an even layer.step 5
Bake for 30-35 mins or until golden & apples are tender.
