For later

  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 large eggs or 3 small eggs
  • 2 tsp vannila
  • 1 cup boiling water

    Method

    • step 1

Preheat oven to 180 celsius Put wet and dry ingredients in two separate bowls. Mix well and make sure all of the ingredients are combined
    • step 2

Pour wet and dry mixture together and stir well. I would recommend an electric beater if you have one.
    • step 3

Once all is combined, ( make sure there are no dry ingredients stuck to the bottom of the bowl) you can add the boiling water, and stir well, ( if you think the mixture is too runny that's fine that is it's normal consistency)
    • step 4

Grease a cake pan ( it doesn't really matter what size ) and then pour mixture into the dish.
    • step 5

Bake for 30 minutes check, ( with a skewer of knife )i if some batter sticks to the utensil used for checking the cake, cook for 5 more minutes and keep doing so until the utensil comes out clean, if not take out of the oven and Enjoy.
