- 2 average size mugs self raising flour
- 1 mug sugar
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 4oz butter melted
- 1 mug milk
- 1 & 1/2 tbl golden syrup
- 1 egg
Method
step 1
Sive all dry ingredients in to a bowlstep 2
Add butter, syrup and milk in to dry ingredients and mix instep 3
Add in the egg and beat wellstep 4
Spoon in to a lined and greased 9" square tinstep 5
Cook at 170 for 1/2 to 3/4 hourstep 6
Basic icing sugar glaze optional
