  • Parmesan (40g)
  • Salt & Pepper

    Method

    • step 1

      Fry Pancetta until Golden (approx. 4 mins), then remove and place on Kitchen Roll.
    • step 2

      Start cooking the Pasta.
    • step 3

      Whisk the Egg and Parmesan with salt & pepper.
    • step 4

      Remove a cup full of water from the Pasta and drain the rest.
    • step 5

      Combine the Pasta, Sauce, Pancetta and a splash of the Water in the pan and mix. Serve once hot.
