- 400g plain flour
- 200g castor sugar
- 200g butter (i used flora)
- 2 eggs

- lemon zezt
- orange zezt
- coconut milk
Method
step 1
rub the butter into the flour.step 2
then mix in all other dry ingredients.step 3
gradually beat in the egg.step 4
roll out until 1/2 cm thick and then cut to your preferred shape.step 5
put on a greased tray to bake in a pre heated oven at gas mark 5/180 degrees until golden brown.step 6
place on a cooling rack to cool down.step 7
if you want to decorate it.
