- 150 gr plain flour
- 10gr baking powder
- enough iced perrier or soda water to make batter (should coat your finger.
Method
- STEP 1mix all the flours together
- STEP 2gently add iced liquid
- STEP 3briefly stir- can stay lumpy but do not overstir
- STEP 4dip ingredients immediately into batter and deep fry in hot oil
