- Oil
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- Chicken thighs
- 1 Onion
- Celery
- Carrots
- Mushrooms
- 375ml chicken stock
Method
step 1
Coat chicken in flour. Add oil to pan and brown chicken.step 2
Add onion and celery to soften.step 3
Add mushrooms and then carrots and mix in. Add leftover flour and blend in.step 4
Add chicken stock, bring to the boil and put on slow cooker (medium) for about 5-7 hours.
