- 1tsp cumin
- 1tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1tsp ground black pepper
Sauce
- Rub
- 1 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1tsp cumin
- 1tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1tsp ground black pepper
- 1red pepper (grilled, peeled and chopped)
- 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Blend sauce ingredients until smooth, heat in pan. Brush steaks with olive oil and rub one side with spice mix. Pan fry. Slice and add to heated sauce
