  • 225g dark chocolate

Sauce

  • 225g dark chocolate

  • 100ml water
  • 100g sugar
  • 100g cocoa

    Method

    • step 1

      Oven 170 Melt butter and chocolate in pan. Take off heat and add vanilla and sugar. Let it cool.
    • step 2

      Beat eggs into pan with almonds and nuts. Pour into lined 24cm square tin.
    • step 3

      Bake for 25-30 mins
    • step 4

      For the sauce, melt ingredients together
