Tortillas and filling
- 500g chicken breast cut unto chip sized strips
- Plain or wholemeal tortillas
- 1 red and 1 green pepper sliced
- 1 onion (preferably red) sliced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 pack fajita seasoning mix
Topping

- Soured cream

- Sliced jalapenos (optional)
Method
step 1
Coat sliced chicken in oil and seasoning mixstep 2
Heat a frying pan to high heat and fry chicken (about 3 mins) until well brownedstep 3
Add peppers and onion for an additional 2 minutes or until chicken is cookedstep 4
Serve with warm tortillas, salsa, soured cream, guacamole and jalapenosstep 5
Roll up the tortillas, tucking in one end first
