Tortillas and filling

  • 500g chicken breast cut unto chip sized strips
  • Plain or wholemeal tortillas
  • 1 red and 1 green pepper sliced
  • 1 onion (preferably red) sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pack fajita seasoning mix

Topping

  • 500g chicken breast cut unto chip sized strips
  • Plain or wholemeal tortillas
  • 1 red and 1 green pepper sliced
  • 1 onion (preferably red) sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pack fajita seasoning mix
  • Salsa
  • Soured cream
  • Guacamole
  • Sliced jalapenos (optional)

    Method

    • step 1

      Coat sliced chicken in oil and seasoning mix
    • step 2

      Heat a frying pan to high heat and fry chicken (about 3 mins) until well browned
    • step 3

      Add peppers and onion for an additional 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked
    • step 4

      Serve with warm tortillas, salsa, soured cream, guacamole and jalapenos
    • step 5

      Roll up the tortillas, tucking in one end first
