Method
step 1
Get your potatoes wash them and peel themstep 2
On your chopping board, chop the potatoes [halving every time until you get wedges sizes]step 3
pre heat the oven to 180cstep 4
Put all your potatoes wedges on a foiled tray. Pour in the oil, plenty of it, and salt. Rub together the potatoes for best results
