- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- washed 3-4 green tea bags
- fresh lavender leaves (optional)
- Honey or agave
- Ice
Method
step 1
crush the mint leaves and put them in a large pitcher with the tea bagsstep 2
pour hot water over top, leaving a few inches of roomstep 3
refrigerate for 4-6 hoursstep 4
Remove tea bags and serve over ice. Add honey or agave to sweeten and a few fresh lavender leaves, if you have them on hand
