- 1 x packet of cream cheese (room temperature)
- 100 ml orange curd
- 4 x digestive biscuits
Method

Turn the fan oven on to 180 C and line your muffin traystep 2
Mix the cream cheese and orange curd together until smoothstep 3
Bash the digestive biscuits into a fine rubble and add approximately 2 thirds of them to the cream cheese mixstep 4
Meanwhile, lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl and add the yoghurt, milk and orange juice
