- 225g new potatoes, quartered
- 85g fine beans trimmed
- 3 rashers streaky bacon
- 60g bag mixed leaves
- 2 roasted chicken breasts
- honey and mustard dressing
Method
step 1
boil potatoes for 8-10 mins add the beans to the water and cook for further 3 mins drain quickly and cool everything under cold running water fry the bacon until crispy and allow to cool toss everything together including dressing and serve
