- 1 Banana
- Raspberries
- 15ml Potato starch
- 2dl Soy milk
- 1dl Wheat flour
- Salt
- Vegetable oil / dairy free butter
Method
step 1
Cut the banana into small pieces and mash it in a bowl.step 2
Add the raspberries, flour, potato starch, and 1dl of the milk. Whisk.step 3
Add another dl of the milk, and a dash of salt. Whisk.step 4
Fry in vegetable oil or dairy free butter on medium heat.
