- 2tsp oil
- 200g bacon lardons
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1tbsp English mustard powder
- 2tbsp maple surup
- 1tbsp red wine vinegar
- 415g can baked beans
Method
step 1
Heat oil and fry lardons for 5mins until crisp. Add onion and garlic and cook gently until softstep 2
Stir in mustard powder, maple syrup, vinegar and baked beans. Cook for 5mins until hot.step 3
Season and serve
