- 110g plain flour
- 40g castor sugar
- 50g margarine
- 1 tbspn syrup
- 1 tspn ginger
- 1 tspn bicarbonate of soda
Method
step 1
Mix the butter and sugar together until its light and fluffy.step 2
Sieve the flour into the mixture.step 3
Add the syrup, ginger and bicarb.step 4
Cook for roughly 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
