- 1oz Cocoa
Icing
- 4oz marg
- 4 oz caster sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 4oz SR flour
- 1oz Cocoa
- 2oz butter
- 3 Tbls water
- 8oz icing sugar
- 2oz cocoa
Method
step 1
Cream sugar & margstep 2
Gradually beat in eggsstep 3
Fold in flour and cocoa and put teaspoonful of mix in each casestep 4
Icing - melt butter & water together in pan, remove from heatstep 5
Beat in cocoa and icing sugar.step 6
Keep icing runny and pour on each cake
