- Water (amount depends on the spice mix)
- 8 Vegetarian sausages of your choice
- Sausage Casserole mix
- A pinch of Rosemary
- a pinch of thyme
- 1 Large carrot
- 2 Peppers
- 2 Onion
- 1/2 Mushrooms
- Any spare veg lying around
- A can of haricot beans if you want more protein
- Oil for frying
Method
step 1
Start cooking sausages so they are brown and not going to be soggy when put in casserole. While these are cooking fry the onion, pepper, carrot and any other veg.step 2
Place sausages and veg into the slow cooker and make up mix sachet. Once the sauce is made up, add it to the slow cookerstep 3
Place slow cooker on either four hours high or eight hours low. Serve with either mash, jacket potato or bread
