- 5oz self raising flour
- 4oz Non salted butter
- 4oz Caster sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 lemon ( Zest )
- 1 tsp Baking powder

- 2 Tbsp milk

- Juice 1 lemon
- 3oz sugar
Method
step 1
Preheat the oven to 160 fan/gas 5step 2
Crease your pan and lay down baking parchment, then grease the parchment, this makes for a clean finish.step 3
Add all of your cake ingredients and mix thoroughly.step 4
Add the batter into the well greased tin and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown
