  • Smoked Sausage x 4 Large
  • Shrimp x 1kg
  • Onion x 4
  • Red Skin Potatoes x 2kg
  • Corn x 5-8
  • Garlic x 4-6 cloves
  • OLD BAY SEASONING
  • Tabasco

    Method

    • step 1

      Slice the Onions and the Potatoes in to big chunks and leave to one side. Then Grill the sausage until cooked. In a big ass pot, put in a stock with OLD BAY seasoning or cajun spices and herbs ect. Then Chuck in the Potatoes first until cooked, then add the onions/garlic for 5 mins then the sausage to reheat. Then finally add the shrimp until JUST cooked. Serve on a plate all rustic style, add OLD BAY seasoning and TABASCO!!! (Both Crucial) Enjoy with corn bread!!!
