- Butter
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Optional cheese
Method
step 1
Melt butter in panstep 2
Slowly add a couple of table spoons of flourstep 3
Take off heat now and slowly mix in milk (until a thin consistency)step 4
Put back on heat and keep stirring until it boils, then simmer for minute or two, (add cheese now - optional)step 5
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
