  • 500g large green olives
  • 2 red chilli peppers diced
  • 2 fresh ginger diced
  • 4 clementines, segmented and pith removed
  • 1 tbsp of coriander leaves

    Method

    • step 1

      Firstly dice the ginger and chili, then mix together with the olives and the juice of the clementines
    • step 2

      Then arrange on in a bowl with the clementine segments arranged prettily
