  • 1/2 small red onion,finely chopped
  • 4 x 15ml tomato ketchup
  • 100g cooked turke, shredded
  • 100g cheddar, grated
  • 4 x flour tortilla wraps

    Method

    • step 1

      Spread tomato ketchup on tortilla wrap.
    • step 2

      Mix togeather onion and turkey and place on one half of tortilla wrap.
    • step 3

      Fold over and press down.
    • step 4

      Heat the griddel then cook the tortilla wraps on both sides, until golden brown.
    • step 5

      Cut into wedges to serve.
