  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

    Method

    • step 1

      Turn on stove top to a medium heat and sit frying pan on top.
    • step 2

      Combine dry ingredients
    • step 3

      Add wet ingredients
    • step 4

      Mix until smooth
    • step 5

      The pan should now be hot enough. Add some mixture (enough for one pancake) to the pan
    • step 6

      Carefully flip when the edges look stiff or you can see bubbles
    • step 7

      Repeat until batter has gone
