- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Turn on stove top to a medium heat and sit frying pan on top.step 2
Combine dry ingredientsstep 3
Add wet ingredientsstep 4
Mix until smoothstep 5
The pan should now be hot enough. Add some mixture (enough for one pancake) to the panstep 6
Carefully flip when the edges look stiff or you can see bubblesstep 7
Repeat until batter has gone
