    Method

    • step 1

      Gently fry Halloumi in oil and spices for a few minutes
    • step 2

      Add all vegetables chopped into small chunks fry on a low heat for 20 minutes
    • step 3

      Cook Ebly in stock
    • step 4

      Add cooked Ebly to vegetables
    • step 5

      Stir through mint and serve
