Filling

  • 1 tinned apple pie filling
  • 60g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Crumble

  • 1 tinned apple pie filling
  • 60g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 85g /3oz wheat free flour (i used doves farm)
  • 45g /1 1/5 oz non salted butter
  • 45g /1 1/5oz light brown sugar
  • 1-2tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp ginger

    Method

    • step 1

      Mix filling together and spoon into ramikins.
    • step 2

      Mix flour and butter together making fine breadcrumbs. Add sugar and spice
    • step 3

      Sprinkle over filling and bake at 200°C, Gas mark 4/ 400°F for 30-40min/ until bubbling and golden
    • step 4

      Serve with whipped cream and icecream.
