  • 150g butter
  • 170g dark chocolate
  • 225g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g self raisin flour
  • 150g malteasers

    Method

    • step 1

      Preheat oven to 180 and grease tin
    • step 2

      Melt chocolate and butter in a glass bowl over simmering water
    • step 3

      Whisk together sugar and eggs pour in chocolate mixture, add flour and fold together, pour in malteasers. Pour into tin smoothing with a knife
    • step 4

      Cook for 17-20 mins
