- 150g butter
- 170g dark chocolate
- 225g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150g self raisin flour
- 150g malteasers
Method
step 1
Preheat oven to 180 and grease tinstep 2
Melt chocolate and butter in a glass bowl over simmering waterstep 3
Whisk together sugar and eggs pour in chocolate mixture, add flour and fold together, pour in malteasers. Pour into tin smoothing with a knifestep 4
Cook for 17-20 mins
