  • 2-3 Large Egg Yolks
  • 400g pasta
  • Parmesan Cheese around 30 grams
  • one slice of ham

    Method

    • step 1

      First Boil your pasta according to the packet.
    • step 2

      Whilst it’s boiling separate 2-3 eggs and place the egg yolks in a large bowl.
    • step 3

      Grate lots of parmesan. Around 30grams.
    • step 4

      Save a mug full of cooking water. and cut up slices of ham.
    • step 5

      after the pasta is boiled. drain straight away and add to the parmesan egg bowl. Mix straight away. (the egg will cook from the heat of the pasta).
    • step 6

      If stiff, add cooking water.
    • step 7

      add your ham.
    • step 8

      serve. and enjoy.
