- 8 rashers of bacon (whichever you prefer)
- 6 handfuls of pasta shells (i use gluten free)
- 1 small tub double cream
- 1 jar of pasta sauce (use your favourite)
- 300grms grated cheddar cheese
Method
step 1
cook the pasta shells and place into an oven proof dishstep 2
grill the bacon, chop into bitesized pieces and add to the pastastep 3
heat the cream in a pan add a third of the cheese and pepper to taste when all the sauce is smooth add to the pasta and bacon and mixstep 4
spoon over the tomatoe pasta sauce until the top of the pasta is coveredstep 5
add the rest of the grated cheese and bake at 200 for 40 mins
