- 100 grams of unsalted butter

For the Butter cream
- 100 grams of unsalted butter
- 1/2 a tsp of vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp of milk
- 1-2 tbsp of milk

- 200 grams of icing sugar
- 50 grams of Trex or 100 g
Method
step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 c or 356 F. Rub in the flour butter and the vanilla extract together to represent bread crumbsstep 2
Then add the milk and rub in until formed into a doughstep 3
On a floured surface kneed for 2 minutes then roll out with a rolling pin and cut out as many as you canstep 4
Cook for 15-20 mins or until golden brownstep 5
Then cool on a rack for half an hour then you can start icingstep 6
Mix the Trex and the sugar together to make a white buttercream put as much as you want on each cookie After sit back relax and sip on a hot drink and enjoy
