- 100g/4oz watercress,rocket and spinach salad leaves
- 50g/2oz walnut pieces toasted
- 4 slices Parma ham torn
- 50g/2oz Dolcelatte cheese cubed
- 200g/7oz Capri strawberries rinsed hulled and halved
- 1tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1tbsp honey
Method
step 1
Divide the watercress rocket and spinach leaves between two plates then scatter over walnuts Parma ham cheese and strawberriesstep 2
Whisk together the balsamic vinegar,oil and honey and drizzle over salad Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately
