  • 100g/4oz watercress,rocket and spinach salad leaves
  • 50g/2oz walnut pieces toasted
  • 4 slices Parma ham torn
  • 50g/2oz Dolcelatte cheese cubed
  • 200g/7oz Capri strawberries rinsed hulled and halved
  • 1tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1tbsp honey

    Method

    • step 1

      Divide the watercress rocket and spinach leaves between two plates then scatter over walnuts Parma ham cheese and strawberries
    • step 2

      Whisk together the balsamic vinegar,oil and honey and drizzle over salad Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately
