- Plain Flour (125g)
- Warm Water (6 Tbsp)
- Salt
- Olive Oil
Method
step 1
Add a pinch of salt & 1 tsp of Olive oilstep 2
Add 6 tbsp of warm waterstep 3
Add 6 tbsp of warm waterstep 4
Combine all ingredients until dough formsstep 5
Flour work surface and knead until tacky consistencystep 6
Refrigerate for 20 mins in cling filmstep 7
Remove dough and divide into 4 equal portionsstep 8
Flour and roll out each portion to ~1cm thicknessstep 9
Cook in hot pan with splash of olive oil (2 mins each side)
