    • step 1

      Boil the potatoes - enough for 2 people
    • step 2

      Whilst the potatoes are boiling cover the salmon with water and poach
    • step 3

      Steam pak choi over the potatoes
    • step 4

      Combine and add finely chopped chilli and spring onions
