Base

  • 3 Bananas
  • Ginger biscuits
  • Digestive biscuits
  • 100 grams of Butter
  • Toffee or caramel sauce

Topping Sauce

  • 3 Bananas
  • Ginger biscuits
  • Digestive biscuits
  • 100 grams of Butter
  • Toffee or caramel sauce
  • Double cream (preferably Sainsburys own)
  • Icing sugar
  • Dark Chocolate Grated
  • Cinammon (just a pinch)

    Method

    • step 1

Mash the Ginger and Digestive biscuits together I suggest putting them into a sandwich bag and going over it with a rolling pin keep smashing till it is like a texture of breadcrumbs
    • step 2

Place the mixture into a saucepan onto a low heat and slowly mix in the butter keep mixing the biscuits so it doesn't burn all the ingredients need to be able to stick together.
    • step 3

Layer the biscuits at the bottom of the tin so it all sticks together and make sure it is all even
    • step 4

Finley slice the bananas and lay them on top of each other twice if you want more of a banana taste then put on another two layers if not just stick with the two
    • step 5

Spread the chosen sauce and spread over the bananas making sure that they don't move and make sure it is not to much so it doesn't have such a sweet taste
    • step 6

Place in the fridge for about an hour and cover in cling film
    • step 7

Once you have taken out of the fridge whip the double cream and icing sugar in together so it is nice and thick spread across the banana base add in any patterns or designs onto the cream then sprinkle over the dark chocolate and maybe add over the cinnamon if you like the taste of it
