  • 300 ml double cream
  • 150 ml plain yoghurt
  • 3tbsp brown sugar
  • 3tbsp rum or brandy (optional)
  • 500g seedless grapes

    Method

    • step 1

      Mix rum, sugar and yoghurt together
    • step 2

      Whip cream until stiff
    • step 3

      Fold cream into yoghurt mix
    • step 4

      Fold in grapes
