- 150g castor sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100g shelled walnuts

Method

Chop walnuts finelystep 2
Mix the milk with the eggs in a bowl and then add to it the walnuts and the self-raising flour, making a creamed mixture.step 3
Place in the mixture in a tin and bake for 1 hour and 15 minsstep 4
Turn the cake out of the tin and place on a rack.
