- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
- 400g Tinned Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Filling
- 1 Onion

Method
step 1
Fry onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutesstep 2
Add parsley and tomatoes - cook for 15 minutesstep 3
Stir in red wine vinegar, cinnamon and sugarstep 4
Cook pastastep 5
Brown meatballs, add to sauce - cook for 10 minutes
