- 60gm basil leaves
- 6 garlic cloves peeled
- 30gm grated Parmesan cheese
- 70ml olive oil
- 30gm toasted pine nuts
Method
step 1
Blitz together in food processor adding more oil if needed, so mixture is not dry nor too oily.step 2
Add to pasta, or can be frozen.
