  • 60gm basil leaves
  • 6 garlic cloves peeled
  • 30gm grated Parmesan cheese
  • 70ml olive oil
  • 30gm toasted pine nuts

    Method

    • step 1

      Blitz together in food processor adding more oil if needed, so mixture is not dry nor too oily.
    • step 2

      Add to pasta, or can be frozen.
