Ingredients
- 1 chicory head, thinly sliced
- 1 iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
- ½ tbsp parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 50g gorgonzola, cubed
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
Method
- STEP 1
Put the chicory and lettuce into a serving bowl and toss through the parsley. Mix the olive oil with the vinegar, then season and use to dress the salad leaves. Toss well, so the dressing is well distributed, then sprinkle on the gorgonzola and chilli. Serve immediately.
