White chocolate ganache
Top your cakes with a silky white chocolate ganache, or use it to make truffles. Be sure to use good-quality chocolate for the best results
Whip the cream, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl using a hand blender or electric whisk until the mixture forms soft peaks. Will keep chilled for a few hours. Serve spooned or piped alongside desserts or as a filling for cakes or buns. It's also delicious served with soft summer fruits and berries.
