- 4 onions
- pinch of mixed herbs
- splash white wine
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 Large tins of tomatos
Method
step 1
finely chop the garlic, and slice the onions. Add to a pan and sweat.step 2
Add the tomatos, white wine and mixed herbs and simmer until a sauce consistancystep 3
For a reallly fine sauce just put through a blender. But it is best left chunky for pasta sauce
