Berry compote Special K Granola bowl

Add a berry blast to your breakfast with Lottie’s Special K Granola and Alpro Strawberry bowl, topped with a homemade berry compote
Ingredients
- 100g frozen berries, such as strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
- 100g Alpro Strawberry
- 45g Kellogg’s Special K Granola Mixed Berries
Method
1. To make the compote, heat the berries with a splash of water in a small pan over a medium heat for 5 mins, until softened and starting to break down.
2. Add the Alpro Strawberry to a bowl, sprinkle over the Special K Crunchy Oat Granola, then spoon the compote over the top before serving.
