Food stylist and recipe writer Mima Sinclair completed the Ashburton Cookery School diploma and has written for Tesco Real Food, UKTV, Essentials Magazine, Seven Magazine and Woman & Home, while also lending her photography skills to Sainsbury's and Morrisons.
