Jo Travers, The London Nutritionist and author of The Low-Fad Diet, is a state Registered Dietitian with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition & Dietetics. She has been in private practice for 12 years, eight of those as a dietitian. Jo Travers is also Dietitian for Love Your Gut Week, a national campaign that raises awareness of the importance of gut health for over 25 years.
