  • STEP 1

    Spread the cranberry sauce over the wraps, leaving a 2cm border around the edge. Arrange the lettuce, turkey, roast veg, stuffing and cabbage down the middle of the wraps.

  • STEP 2

    Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, and drizzle this over. Fold the top and bottom of the wrap over the filling, then roll up from one side like a burrito to enclose the filling. Slice diagonally across the middle to serve.

Recipe tips

If you prefer your wraps warm, heat the turkey and other leftovers either in the microwave or in a covered dish in the oven. Warm the wraps in the microwave, oven or briefly in a frying pan. Layer the hot ingredients into the warm wraps with the cold lettuce, cranberry sauce and mayonnaise dressing.
TURKEY CRACKERS

For a festive twist, cover the whole wrap in red, green or Christmas-patterned wax sandwich paper. Tie each end with ribbon or string to make the cracker shape, then slice across the middle so it looks like a cracker that has been pulled.
