Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 2 big scoops mango sorbet
  • 150g carton natural yogurt
  • a little milk
  • chopped pistachios, to serve
  • mint sprigs, to serve

Method

  • STEP 1

    Whizz the mango in a blender with the mango sorbet and natural yogurt. Thin with milk and serve in 2 glasses with chopped pistachios and mint sprigs.
