- 4 medium sized ripe bananas
- juice of half a lemon
- 200g caster sugar
- 500ml whipping cream
Method
step 1
Peel and chop bananas. Whizz in a blender or food processor with the sugar and lemon juice.step 2
Pour in the cream and mix well.step 3
Pour into a plastic box or ice cream maker for freezing.step 4
Stir as ice crystals begin to form (if you want).step 5
Remove from freezer 15 mins before serving.step 6
Serve with chocolate sauce.
