Method

  • step 1

    Steam the broccoli for 5-8 mins until tender. Meanwhile, stir the mint leaves into the pesto. Put the broccoli on a serving dish, drizzle over the minted pesto and sprinkle with the toasted pine nuts.

Much to0 much Pesto, you probably only need a couple of good tablespoons, maybe 45g definitely not 145g. Also need to loosen it up a bit to drizzle, I just dotted it on. Very tasty though.

Very nice - but you don't need so much pesto - I would say just 2 dessert spoons for this quantity of brocolli.
