Bagel chips

An inspired way to use bagels - and ideal if you're feeding a crowd

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Slice each bagel vertically, as thinly as possible. Lay on baking sheets in a single layer. Brush each slice with a little olive oil. Sprinkle a quarter of the slices with salt, a quarter with oregano, a quarter with paprika and the rest with parmesan. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crisp. Cool before serving.
